Answers to our most frequently asked questions:

+ - What’s the process of getting an IV?

1) Use our online system to secure your appointment time– delivery is available in the Sacramento region for $75. 2) OMNI IV staff will call you to collect health information, discuss goals and may recommend but not require a specific IV. 3) A licensed clinician will discuss your medical history and make sure an IV will benefit you. 4) A licensed RN will perform your IV.

 

+ - How long does an IV take?

Approximately 45 minutes The length of the IV depends primarily on the size of IV Catheter used by the RN. Professional athletes and those with larger veins can finish in 20-25 minutes. Patients with smaller veins can take up to 60 minutes.

 

+ - How do I know which kind of IV I need?

For best results, we recommend looking at our labs and packages to establish your body’s current baseline before recommending specific IV formulas. IV appointments include a brief conversation with a Nurse Practitioner, Doctor, or Naturopathic Doctor who can help recommend the best IV to achieve your health goals.

 

+ - Do you offer any discounts?

Discounts are available through our memberships and packages. We periodically have special pricing that are advertised in our newsletter (sign up below) and/or on our social media.

 

+ - Who is a good candidate for Morpheus 8?

Almost anyone looking to tighten their skin – almost anywhere on the body – to improve its quality and texture is a good candidate for Morpheus 8. Unlike previous cosmetic devices, M8 is FDA approved for use on all skin types safely and effectively. However, if you have an underlying skin condition like psoriasis or eczema, please check with your dermatologist before undergoing this procedure to ensure it is safe for you.

 

+ - What are Morpheus 8 and Micro Needling treatments like?

Both treatments are a process that begin with the application of a topical numbing agent that will need 30-60 minutes to take full effect.  Both treatments last between 15-45 minutes depending on the area being treated. 

+ - How much does Morpheus 8 cost?

Treatments can be as low as $500 or as high as $2000. We offer financing to lower the monthly cost. We also accept HSA/FSA funds. The cost of treatments vary depending on the body part(s) and how much area is being treated.

 

+ - What happens during a Morpheus consultation?

We take the time to sit down and complete an in-person free assessment of your skin, review your medical history, your goals for your skin, review the radio frequency technology, and potential pre and post treatment instructions. We work with you to create, implement and maintain your skin goals.  If there are pigmentation concerns, a test area is treated to ensure the best results.

+ - How long does recovery take from Morpheus 8 or Micro Needling?

The treated areas may appear red following the treatment, but should not be visible between 24-72 hours after treatment.  Patients must allow the skin to heal immediately following treatment, avoiding exposure to sunlight and use of soaps and skin products for the first 24 hours.

+ - How much does Micro Needling cost?

Treatments can be as low as $300 or closer to $2000 for treatments with stem cells.  We offer financing to lower the monthly cost.  We also accept HSA/FSA funds.  The cost of treatments vary depending on the body part(s) and how much area is being treated.

+ - How many Morpheus treatments do I need?

The most common answer is three, but it depends on the individual.  The treatments are scheduled one month apart to maximize results.

+ - How long do Morpheus treatments last?

Studies show the maximum effects of Morpheus8 treatments last (3) years.  After that, results can be maintained with (1) treatment per year. 

+ - What are my payment options?

+ - What’s the difference between Morpheus8 and microneedling?

Morpheus8 works like a micro needling tool, but rather than simply prick the skin, this device also incorporates radiofrequency, which triggers collagen and elastin production at a deeper level and can destroy fat cells.

 

+ - How does Botox and Dysport work?

Both Botox and Dysport work by targeting one of the underlying causes of crow’s feet, frown lines, squinting, smiling and raising the eyebrows. By reducing the muscle activity that impacts those areas, the wrinkles in those areas soften temporarily.

 

+ - What’s the difference between Botox and Dysport?

The procedures are very similar, but the formulas are different, specifically regarding the level of concentration used. Dysport is more diluted than Botox, which means that more units are required. The cost per treatment is usually slightly less for Dysport. Dyspot typically takes less time on average to take effect (couple of days vs. 1 week to 1 month).

 

+ - Can Dysport and Botox help anyone?

There are certain conditions that can negatively impact the patient. If you have any of the following, you may be asked to have a dermatologist evaluate your skin prior to receiving treatment. Those conditions include: pregnancy, history of botulinum toxin sensitivity, presence of a skin disorder, milk allergies, thick skin (determined by doctor), over age 65, some medications.

 

+ - What’s the average amount of Dysport

The amounts of product used can vary widely

+ - Botox used in a treatment?

depending on the person and the desired effect, but the typical Botox treatment is between 25-50 units. Typical number of units for a Dysport treatment is between 50-100.

+ - How long do Dysport or Botox last?

Both Dysport and Botox last approximately 3-4 months at full effect, with diminishing results for the next 2-3 months. Patients seeking uninterrupted results average (3-4) treatments per year.

 

+ - What if I want to try Dysport or Botox, but I’m afraid of going too far and looking unnatural?

Our team of RNs wants to plan your goals and expectations together for best results. We recommend for most first time patients a “start slow” and see what you think approach.

+ - How much do filler treatments cost?

A typical appointment involving Botox or Dysport averages between $200-$500 depending on the patient’s goals and their skin. Fillers treatments are generally 25%-50% more expensive, but their effects last much longer.

 

+ - What results will I see if I get micro needling (not Morpheus8)?

Patients will notice a “glow” to their skin almost immediately. More visible changes to the skin develop over the following several days and weeks. Collagen production and the associated results can continue to improve for up to six months after the treatment.

 

+ - Do you offer vampire facials?

Yes. We offer micro needling and Morpheus8 treatments followed by injection/application of your body’s platelet rich plasma (PRP).

Policies

+ - Cancellations

Please remember that forgetting or canceling appointments without notice negatively affects patients waiting to book wanted services and impacts our business.

As a courtesy, an email and SMS message will be sent out 48 hours in advance of appointments.
If there is less than 24 hours' notice of cancellation, this is considered a late cancellation and will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If you do not cancel or do not show you will be charged the full price of your scheduled service.

Please note that appointments booked within the 24-hour time are subjected to the cancelation policy.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals will be charged the entire price of the service, even if there is not enough time to complete the service. Late arrivals are defined as seven minutes after your scheduled appointment time.

Failure to follow pre-care instructions may result in the cancellation of your visit and 25% fee will be charged.

+ - Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior

Cancellations made (48) hours or more before service deliveries will be issued a full refund.

+ - Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to service are subject to a cancellation fee for services including but not limited to clinical consultations, booking fees, and delivery fees (antigen covid tests not included).
